R&D Biologics Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid in Rogers, AR (Relocation support or travel stipend available)
An established and rapidly scaling life sciences innovator is seeking an R&D Biologics Marketing Manager to lead their commercialization and digital engagement strategies. This hybrid role blends scientific understanding with modern marketing savvy to elevate visibility and accelerate adoption of highly specialized biological products used in R&D labs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex biological data into high-impact marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and digital content across key internal and external stakeholders.
- Own multi-channel programs including email marketing, PPC campaigns, webinars, and trade show follow-up strategies, with performance analytics managed via HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Develop and repurpose content for data sheets, blog articles, product videos, whitepapers, and partner portals to align with the needs of researchers and scientific end-users.
- Improve online catalogs and distributor listings with optimized product data, SEO/SEM enhancements, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Oversee digital footprint across company websites, online forums, marketplaces, and events to ensure consistency and conversion.
- Build lead-nurture workflows, implement CRM automations, and establish campaign tracking to support internal sales and customer service efforts.
- Coach a small customer support pod on lead qualification, upselling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Attend and support scientific industry events (up to 25% travel) to promote the brand and gather marketing intelligence.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred, MSc or BSc considered) in Biology, Bioengineering, Immunology, or a related life science discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in life sciences marketing, ideally in reagents, proteins, antibodies, or similar consumables.
- Deep familiarity with scientific audiences and ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with researchers and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs for campaign management, automation, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing freelancers and creative vendors to develop visual and written content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, paid ad platforms, and performance analytics.
- Python knowledge or experience with simple data workflows is a plus.
- Experience with customer service, inside sales, or team leadership is a strong advantage.
