Traveling Project Superintendent

These projects demand superior site coordination, subcontractor leadership, and compliance with strict safety and performance protocols. Focus:
- Manage subcontractors and field teams to ensure efficient execution, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate trades and proactively address delays to keep timelines on track.
- Oversee inspections and enforce compliance with technical and performance specifications.
- Lead safety meetings, enforce protocols, and uphold regulatory standards on all job sites.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting, field logs, and as-built documentation.
- Supervise installations for cleanrooms and shielding systems, ensuring precision and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve job site challenges quickly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to varying job site environments across the U.S.
Skill Set:
- 4+ years in site supervision or commercial/industrial construction; specialty project experience (cleanrooms, shielding) preferred.
- High school diploma required; construction-related degree preferred.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, using field software, and understanding safety, scheduling, and quality protocols.
- OSHA 30 preferred; cleanroom or shielding certifications a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills with a commitment to safety and high standards.
- Capable of navigating active job sites and handling basic physical tasks safely.
