Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the alliance with a top national IT solutions provider, with the goal of driving revenue growth, launching joint go‑to‑market campaigns, and meeting shared business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to foster executive-level relationships, influence account teams, and navigate cross-functional alignment.
- Develop, execute, and manage joint business and enablement plans to elevate partner performance and market impact.
- Train and enable partner sales and technical teams to effectively position cybersecurity solutions within their customer base.
- Drive pipeline growth by sourcing partner-led opportunities, overseeing deal registration, and increasing win rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner subject-matter experts across cybersecurity, cloud, and AI solution areas to ensure seamless integration and solution readiness.
- Measure and communicate key performance indicators, return on investment, and program effectiveness to internal leadership.
- Align sector-specific initiatives (public sector, healthcare, etc.) with the partner’s vertical go-to-market approach.
- Coach and influence partner business development reps and specialists to elevate partner engagement and pipeline acceleration.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliance management, or strategic account development within the IT or cybersecurity space.
- Proven success managing and growing relationships with top-tier national resellers, VARs, or MSPs.
- Deep understanding of partner sales ecosystems, channel-driven revenue models, and co-selling strategies.
- Track record of building successful joint business plans, enablement strategies, and revenue-generating programs.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead through collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and maintain an in-person presence at partner headquarters on a regular cadence.
